• Interpreter Applicant Information: Full name, contact email, phone/WhatsApp number, base geographic location, native and working languages, years of active practice, curriculum vitae / resume files, and professional experience summaries.
• Technical Telemetry: Standard non-personally identifiable server logs, browser types, and referral headers used to ensure website security and operational performance.

All interpretation inquiries, event agendas, speech transcripts, and participant lists shared with HOI are classified as confidential. When matching interpreters, briefing materials and sensitive client identifiers are shared with prospective linguists only under binding non-disclosure obligations, and only to the degree strictly required for linguistic preparation.
